The moment our system receives your QR screenshot or your label email, we send you a "Return info received" notification with the Zelle details. No upfront charge. If we never get your info within 48 hours, the order auto-cancels and you owe nothing.
The driver shows up in your window, takes a photo of your items at the door as proof, and heads to UPS the same day. Label items go to UPS Staff. QR items go to the UPS Kiosk — the kiosk prints the official label, the driver enters your phone, and UPS texts you the tracking number.

We only charge you after our system confirms we've received your QR screenshot or label email. That way you're never billed for a pickup we can't actually fulfill. If your return info doesn't arrive within 48 hours, the order auto-cancels for free.
Amazon offers two free UPS return options. QR code = no box needed; the UPS Store scans your QR and packages it for you. Label = you pack the item in a box and Amazon emails you a shipping label. Both are free for you. We support both.
In Amazon's Returns & Orders, choose UPS Store dropoff. Take a screenshot of the Return Summary Card (the page with the big QR code), then tap "Upload screenshot" in our app for that order. That's it.
In Amazon's return flow, tap Share label → Send to a friend, and paste in the one-time inbox we gave you (looks like pickup-R0424A07@asnapapp.com). Amazon emails the label straight to us.
Same evening. Once the driver finishes the UPS Store stop, we OCR the receipt and SMS you the photo + the tracking number. Amazon's refund flow then runs on its own timeline (usually 3–5 business days).
Zelle keeps prices low while we're early — no card fees passed on to you. Stripe + Apple Pay roll out later this year. Your bank's app handles Zelle for free.

Yes — cancel anytime before the driver leaves the depot. Since you haven't paid yet (or just paid), cancellations before pickup are 100% refundable. After the driver is on the way, a $2.99 trip fee applies (waived for the first 50 orders).
We send you the UPS scan receipt + tracking number as proof we dropped your items intact. Amazon's refund flow takes over from there. We don't open or repack items.
